Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP)
ISDP has been designed to connect 2800+ government digital services in a central hub, easing interoperability between the government e-services of Bangladesh.
Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP) is a project of the Government of Bangladesh funded by UNDP and governed by a2i. This integrated platform has been designed to connect 2800+ government digital services in a central hub, easing interoperability between the government e-services of Bangladesh. With ISDP, organizations will find that they can share and collect more information from other connected services that were previously difficult, costly, and time-consuming to compile non-electronically. In addition to integrating government e-services, ISDP has the capability to perform eligibility verification, provide notification of services delivery and create a running narrative of the citizens’ life.
